1. Introduction

Welcome to Selfinance ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Usage

Each account is personal and can only be used by one individual. Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.

4. Supported Assets

Selfinance supports a range of financial assets to help you track your portfolio. These include:

• Fiat currencies: Currently PLN, USD, EUR, GBP, and CHF.
• Cryptocurrencies: Tracking of the top 250 coins by market capitalization.
• Stocks and ETFs: Data sourced from the Marketstack API, subject to their available listings and limitations.

5. Subscription

Selfinance offers access through paid subscriptions:

• Subscription Plans: Monthly and annual subscriptions that provide continuous access to the platform and automatic billing via Stripe. Users can manage subscriptions via the Stripe customer portal.

Pricing is subject to change. All transactions are final. Refunds are only available in cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions.

6. Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time via the Stripe customer dashboard. After cancellation, access will continue until the end of the current paid period.

7. Inactive Accounts

If your account does not have an active plan (subscription or valid extension), your dashboard will not be updated, and data will not be recalculated. Your account will be placed in a paused state.

If your account becomes active again, data will resume from that moment onward. Past data will not be fetched unless your selected plan explicitly supports historical data access.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Scraping data from any part of our website, including the main page and dashboard.
• Exploiting bugs or issues in our platform for personal gain.
• Hacking, abusing, or conducting any form of cyber attack, including DDoS attacks.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Selfinance at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, under the following circumstances:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• You attempt to exploit, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of the platform.
• Your behavior causes harm to other users or our systems.
• We are required to take action on your account by law enforcement, government request, or court order.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. We may delete or restrict access to your data unless legally required to retain it.

You may also choose to delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered, and all associated data will be permanently removed, unless retention is required by applicable laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you have provided an email, we will notify you there. Otherwise, updates will be communicated via the dashboard. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
